Reconstruction of exterior to building is complete and all known special assessments have been paid. There is one outstanding bill from the builder, but the amount owed is in dispute. Capital contribution of 2-months worth of regime fees to be paid by Buyer at closing. Move in fee of $250 plus a $500 security deposit (deposit returned if no damage is incurred during move in).
