The rest of the one, two, and three bedroom condos are divided among One Vendue Range, 32 and 36 Prioleau St. Condo sizes vary between 1100 and 2600 sq. ft.

The condominiums have interior courtyards, and many have somewhat of a view of the Charleston Harbor as young oak trees block full views from many of the homes, but the upper levels can peek over the tree tops, and there are spectacular views from the rooftop garden on Building 1 of One Venue Range.  Buildings 2 and 4 have interior courtyard gardens.

Venue Range has a concierge available to help homeowners from 9-5 M-F. 45% of the budgeted POA fee is risk and flood insurance for the building which ranges approximately $1000-2500 monthly, depending on the size of the condo. (per square foot charging)
