While the number of rentals are limited per the Covenants, there are about 25% more or less rentals available at Bee Street Lofts which come onto the market at various times throughout the year but mostly turning over at the beginning and ending of the summer. Owners need a leasing permit in order to lease their personal condo homes and must have board approval on the lease for the lease to be legitimate. Renters are not allowed to have pets. The larger quantity of one bedroom condos in the make-up of the building entices those who need quiet when they return home from a hard day at the hospital/work. Also the ability to be able to walk rather than search for parking in the mornings is a sought after feature.
